Canon EOS 3000D merupakan salah satu DSLR yang direkomendasikan bagi pemula yang ingin menggunakan kamera DSLR. Canon EOS seri ini hadir dengan sensor gambar APS-C CMOS yang memiliki piksel sebesar 18 Megapiksel serta dukungan prosesor gambar DIGIC 4+. Sehingga kamera tersebut mampu untuk menghasilkan gambar yang berkualitas. Selain itu, Canon EOS 3000D ini juga didukung dengan rentangan ISO 100 - 6400 dan dapat diperluas hingga ISO 12800, memungkin Anda untuk mengambil gambar pada kondisi gelap. Selain dapat menghasilkan foto yang bagus, Canon 3000D juga mampu menghasilkan rekaman video yang Full HD. Canon melengkapi sistem Autofokus (AF) dengan 9 titik fokus serta mode pemotretan yang beruntun hingga 3 frame per detik (fps). Sehingga dapat menangkap fokus yang baik serta mampu menghasilkan gambar yang akurat.
